Findings suggest that:

Most people overeat on occasion or even regularly. Restaurants serve large portions and we just want to finish those French fries because they were so good. Many people also emotionally eat on occasion such as eating ice cream after an argument. A binge, however, is eating an amount of food that most people would consider large or that most would not consume in a similar setting. A binge typically occurs within a short period of time such as two hours and the person may feel like they are powerless or unable to stop.

While binge eating is not overeating, grazing all day, making “unhealthy” food choices, or emotional eating, each of these are all symptoms of disordered eating.[/vc_column_text][floral_shortcode_heading heading_title=”We’re here to help” heading_title_size=”custom” heading_title_custom_size=”56″ heading_text_align=”text-center” heading_color=”p” heading_title_ff=”google-font” heading_title_custom_ff=”font_family:Dancing%20Script%3Aregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal” heading_subtitle_enable=”0″ heading_separator_enable=”0″ heading_title_responsive_title_size=”0″ css=”.vc_custom_1517822764664{margin-top: 10px !important;margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row parallax=”content-moving” overlay_set=”show_overlay_color” overlay_color=”rgba(0,0,0,0.5)” text_color=”__” heading_color=”__” link_color=”__” link_hover_color=”__” css=”.vc_custom_1517823109723{padding-top: 130px !important;padding-bottom: 155px !important;background-image: url(https://everybodybehavioralhealth.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/warren-wong-238677-e1517823008613.jpg?id=1559) !important;background-position: center;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: cover !important;}” tablet_css=”.vc_custom_1517823109724{padding-top: 75px !important;padding-bottom: 45px !important;}” mobile_css=”.vc_custom_1517823109724{padding-top: 75px !important;padding-bottom: 45px !important;}”][vc_column text_align=”text-center” max_width=”682px” horizontal_align=”block-align-center” text_color=”light” heading_color=”__” link_color=”__” link_hover_color=”__”][floral_shortcode_heading heading_title=”We’re here to help” heading_el_tag=”p” heading_title_size=”28″ heading_title_line_height=”1.5″ heading_text_fs=”fs-italic” heading_subtitle_enable=”0″ heading_separator_enable=”0″ heading_title_responsive_title_size=”0″][floral_shortcode_heading heading_title=”Bulimia Nervosa”…

["post-36","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
