In addition to her eating disorder expertise, Ashley also has a specialization in sex therapy. Ashley’s dual specialty offers unique clinical expertise around anxiety, depression, sex-related issues, trauma, boundaries, communication, body image, gender identity, LBGTQ+, and self-esteem.<\/p>\n
In regards to her clinical work, Ashley typically works from a trauma- informedandhumanistic approach, though tailors her style to each patient.
