She received a Master’s of Social Work from University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s of Arts in psychology from San Diego State University.Sadie has worked with eating disorders in a variety of settings, ranging from inpatient to mentorship programs and is incredibly passionate about working with this population.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text]Sadie enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, while tailoring her treatment approach to meet the needs of each individual. In addition, Sadie has a special interest in trauma and co-occurring disorders including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder and others. She is trained in various evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, while incorporating theories including psychodynamic, family systems, and attachment.<\/p>\n
Sadie is strength-based in her approach and believes prior to beginning treatment, each client carries a unique set of skills and strengths to succeed on their recovery journey. Sadie works to help clients see their full potential for healing, while providing them with agency in their own treatment process.
